Never Judge

929 Chapter 929

Over the years there were hundreds of people that Cedric wished to get revenge on. He had not lived an easy life, but out of the kindness of his heart he let that hate go, he allowed himself to forgive and move on.

Tonight, it seemed that the floodgates had been opened and Cedric allowed his anger and hate to flow unrestricted.

Ray chuckled as he walked over to check on Lucius Ting.

"I never thought you had something like this in you, Ced." Ray praised as he squatted next to the bruised and bleeding man, while Cedric stood back, wiping his hands of Lucius\' blood.

"I have a lot of things to be angry over." Cedric said casually as he combed his fingers through his hair and checked himself.

In comparison to everyone in the room Cedric still looked like he could be headed to a business meeting after.

As Ray signaled for a doctor to walk over and check on Lucius Ting, a knock came from the door.

"Must be Guan Ming and Camilla." Cedric said with a grin as he nodded for Ian to open the door and let them in.

If Lucius Ting thought that what Cedric had done to him, he had another thing coming.

Guan Ming and Camilla, had both been personally affected by Lucius Ting, and the man\'s torture coming from Guan Ming would not end tonight. In fact, today was only the beginning, the beginning of worse tortures and more pains.

On the ground, Lucius Ting\'s eyes snapped open as he noticed people entering the room. Everything was blurred as he struggled to stay awake, fighting the urge to pass out.

He recognized one of the people who entered the room, his eyes went wide at the realization that Camilla had just entered hand in hand with Guan Ming.

His anger and shock fueled him to stay conscious as he struggled against his bindings.

"Seems like you\'ve had fun without me." Guan Ming said with a chuckle as he and Cedric walked over to where Lucius Ting lay on the ground.

"Is he still alive?" Camilla asked in a strong voice from behind Cedric and Guan Ming as she tried to get a better look at Lucius Ting.

"Of course he is." Ian replied in a teasing tone, making Camilla glare at Guan Ming. "Cedric can\'t hand a dead Lucius Ting to the Esteves family."

Upon hearing the family\'s name, Lucius Ting began to struggle violently against his bindings.

"If there is a fate worse than going to prison for him, it\'s being sent to the Esteves family." Cedric said as he looked down at Lucius Ting.

"My turn?" Guan Ming asked as several of Ray\'s men picked Lucius Ting back up, making him sit straight.

Lucius Ting\'s hearing was slowly coming back as he watched Guan Ming walk over to the table holding mulitple tools for torture.

"Ming, don\'t forget that we have dinner with your parents tonight." Camilla called out as someone brought over seats for her and Ian to watch.

"His torture will not end today." Guan Ming said as he gave the man a murderous glare. "This is only the beginning. I plan to give him hell till Cedric sends him back to the Esteves family. By the time I am done with him he will be a husk of a human. He will feel and see, but he will have lost all hope."

Cedric looked at Lucius Ting as Guan Ming picked one of the torture tools up.

"I really don\'t know who you thought you had as backers." Cedric said as he shook his head and eyed the man in front of him. "Did you really think they could have protected you from Guan Ming?"

What happened next caught Cedric and the others off guard.

Lucius Ting, who could now hear every word that they were saying, began to laugh.

"I think he has really lost it now." Alexi pointed out as he stood, leaning against a wall.

For most of the torture the politician had remained silent, choosing to watch rather than participate. He only got his hands dirty when needed and necessary, the very fact that he was there was enough to prove that Lucius Ting\'s torture meant a lot.

"You really think that I was the main event?" Lucius Ting asked as he laughed at Cedric and his friends.

"What are you talking about?!" Ray asked angrily as he picked Lucius Ting up by the collar of his shirt.

"My backers only wanted to use me, in return, my sister would walk free." Lucius Ting revealed as he slowly told Cedric and his friends what they wanted him to say.

He was now singing like a bird, thinking that he had won.

"My backers, the Rajas, have already positioned themselves around the ones you love and in places of power." Lucius spat at Ray\'s face, making the man throw him across the room.

Lucius Ting was still laughing as he sat slumped against a wall.

"You really think I was worth it?" Lucius Ting asked with a malicious smile spread across his lips. "You really think that catching me will be the end? It\'s in fact far from it, this is only the beginning."

Ray was about to assault Lucius Ting again when Cedric lifted a hand to stop him. He shook his head and frowned before making his way to stand above Lucius Ting.

"The beginning of what?" Cedric asked in a threatening tone, but even this didn\'t seem to faze Lucius Ting. It seemed to even encourage him.

"The beginning of your fall, and the beginning of their rise." Lucius Ting declared.

At first he had a smirk on his face, but when he looked up and saw Cedric\'s expression he looked like he had seen a ghost.

"Have they all been arrested?" Cedric asked Alexi.

"Every member of the Rajas that attempted to attack us." Alexi boasted.

"You see, Lucius, the difference between you and I is that I am smarter and I knew they were going to attack." Cedric said as he turned and walked out of the room.

As the door closed behind him, he could hear Lucius Ting\'s tortured screams as Guan Ming began his assault.
